These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of the Oniris Plus device through this website in connection with the SLEEP 2026 trade show (Baltimore, MD). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Seller
The seller is ONIRIS SAS, 147 avenue Paul Doumer, 92500 Rueil-Malmaison, France (“Oniris”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at contact@oniris-ronflement.fr or +33 1 47 16 17 17.
2. Product
We offer the Oniris Plus, a mandibular advancement device. Oniris Plus is an FDA-cleared device (510(k) K150566) indicated for the treatment of snoring and/or mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea in adults. This product is sold for personal use. It is not medical advice; for any health question, consult your physician or a qualified dental sleep professional before use.
3. Price and taxes
The price displayed is $119 per unit, all taxes included (this price includes Maryland sales tax where applicable). The price shown at checkout is the total amount you will be charged. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD).
4. Order and payment
Payment is made in full at the time of order, through our payment provider Stripe. We do not store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation on screen and by email.
5. Fulfillment – pickup at the booth only
This is a pickup-only sale. There is no shipping or delivery. After payment, you collect your device in person at Booth 1033, SLEEP 2026, Baltimore Convention Center, during show opening hours, by presenting your order confirmation (on-screen or email). You are responsible for collecting your order during the event.
If you do not collect your order before the end of the show, your order will be refunded in full. You can also contact us at the address above before the end of the show to arrange collection.
6. All sales final – no returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, and because this is an in-person trade show sale, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and orders are non-refundable once collected, except where required by applicable law or where Oniris is unable to provide the product.
If we are unable to provide your device (for example, stock is exhausted at the time of pickup), or if you do not collect your order before the end of the show (see Section 5), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that order.
7. Warranty and limitation of liability
The Oniris Plus is provided with the instructions for use included with the device. Except for any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the product is sold “as is” with respect to fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oniris’s total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms of Sale, and any dispute arising from a purchase, are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Maryland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
